Second Officer

SECOND OFFICER – He is sometimes referred to as the Navigational Officer. He is mainly responsible for the navigational charts, navigational equipment / instruments, voyage planning, navigational watch, and medical matters, in accordance with Master’s instructions. He assists the Chief Officer in supervising the work of the deck crew and assists in cargo operations. His duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Third Officer
Duties & Responsibilities:
THIRD OFFICER - The Third Officer is the ship's documentation and safety officer. His duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1.28 Ship documentation

Assists in the preparation of the following ship / crew documents upon Master’s instructions: a) Crew List b) Ship’s Deck Store List; c) Other documents required by the port state authorities;

Maintains the files of the aforementioned documents and the maintenance records of all safety equipment;

Ticketing Clerk
Batangas Terminal
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepares the passenger tickets;
- Responsible for the cash fund;
- Issues tickets to the passengers;
- Gives assistance to the passengers;
- Responsible for radio report;
- Logs the radio report and receives vehicle reservation;
- Communicates with the concerned authority for vessel's ramps;
- Answer telephone calls;
- Performs other function as may be directed by Top Management.

- Drafts and sketches the design and modification of plans of vessels and shore-base facilities and offices
